History

Founding the Resistance

Jacin co-founded the Wyranth Underground Resistance alongside Kade. In the period leading up to the events of The Iron Wedding, Jacin personally located the resistance's underground hideaway — a buried former prison — and monitored it for a full month before the group moved in, ensuring it was secure for use as a base of operations.

Role in The Iron Wedding

The Wyranth Capital Riot

In The Iron Wedding, Jacin participated in and led the Wyranth Capital Riot as planned. During the chaos of the riot, he wore a black mask and captured Zaira von Monocle by grabbing her wrist. Following the riot, Jacin removed his mask and reported to Kade on the riot's outcome and the deployment of automatons, describing the automatons as seeming invincible.

Escorting Zaira

After the riot, Jacin escorted Zaira von Monocle out of the underground hideaway through the sewer system. He left her two blocks from the Wyranth Palace before slipping back underground. Before parting, he informed her that the palace had a giant light shining upward as a beacon, and directed her with the words: "Two blocks to the right. You won't be able to miss it once you get into the street."
